We sell artisanal products produced in Israel. Due to the handcrafted nature of our goods (including wines, liqueurs, and spirits):

• Availability: Products are subject to limited availability. We reserve the right to limit the quantity of products we supply.

• Descriptions: We make every effort to display the colors, images, and details of our products accurately. However, packaging or batch variations may occur.

4. International Shipping & Customs

• Importer of Record: When you purchase alcohol from Holy Oasis for delivery outside of Israel (e.g., to the USA), you become the "Importer of Record." Title to the goods passes to you at the moment the shipment leaves our facility in Israel.

• Customs & Duties: You are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees levied by your local government. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance processes.

• Shipping Times: Estimated shipping times are guides only. International shipments may experience delays beyond our control.

5. "Support a Hero" & Soldier Packages
A core part of our mission is supporting the IDF. When you purchase a "Soldier Care Package" or similar item:

• Fulfillment: We guarantee that the physical goods Mishloach Manot, treats, etc.) will be delivered to active-duty soldiers or security personnel in Israel.

• Not a Tax-Deductible Donation: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, purchases made on this Site are commercial transactions, not charitable donations for tax purposes. You are purchasing goods to be gifted to a third party (the soldier).

6. Return & Refund Policy
Due to health regulations and the nature of alcohol products:

• All sales of alcohol are final. We do not accept returns on wines or spirits.

• Damaged Goods: If your shipment arrives damaged or broken, please contact us at [Insert Email] within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will offer a replacement or a refund at our discretion.

7. Limitation of Liability
